By using OrkaChat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

User-generated content

OrkaChat allows you to send messages and share media that may be visible to other users. You are responsible for content you submit.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content, harassment, hate, threats, illegal activity, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other abusive behavior. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Reporting and safety

You can report objectionable content and block other users from within the app. We review reports and aim to take appropriate action promptly, including removing content and restricting users who violate these terms.

Privacy and AI

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we collect and how we use it. Optional AI features may send conversation-related text and related context to OpenAI when you choose to use those features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
