Delete your account

In-app deletion (recommended)

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Open the menu → Delete account.
3. Confirm deletion.

If you can’t access the app

Email us from the email address associated with your account: orkachat@projxon.com

What gets deleted

• Profile data (display name, avatar settings)
• Push notification tokens
• Recovery blob (if set)
• Blocklist entries and conversation index entries (best-effort)

Note: Messages you already sent may remain visible to other users unless removed by message deletion or other retention policies.

Timeline: account deletion is typically immediate, but some cleanup (such as cached media) may take a short time to fully disappear.
